We are mining fungal genomes using a target-directed approach to detect biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs).
Metabolomics
Using computational metabolomic tools, we predict what small molecules these BGCs produce.
Function
Through machine learning and multi-omics analysis, we predict the structures and activities of the molecules.
